Making of the Screen
Screen qty & size may be several; it’s depending on the qty of color & print dimension. A complete screen becomes ready for printing, after complete three or four process. At first we need a frame. Then we attached a mesh fabric with this frame by using heavy gum. Then we over lap a chemical all over on the mesh fabric, name of the chemical is HP. This chemical is light sensitive. After this process in a dark room we make the screen in positive form (ready for printing) by using design paper & light source. Then we make visual the positive screen by using water gun.
